discover scuba Diving

This activity of adventure tourism is perfect for those who wish to join the world of scuba diving or for those who do not know whether this extreme sport is suitable for them.

In the Discover Scuba Diving program, the participant will do an immersion of 12 meter, 36 feet maximum, always accompanied by an instructor who will help the participant to familiarize him/herself with the sea. It is the ideal family activity, since children from 10 years of age can sign up for this program. The Discover Scuba Diving program is an introduction to scuba diving with tanks and the participant will learn the basic concepts of safety, how the equipment works and perform a series of exercises that later on will take place in the ocean. This will allow the discovery of new sensations, when admiring the sea from a different perspective.

After the first dive, we are almost sure you will want to repeat the experience and, in that case, you could proceed to obtain your Scuba Diver certificate or the Open Water Diver certificate.

Includes:

Brief theory session.

Diving exercise in shallow waters (2 to 4.5 meters) either by the seashore or in the swimming pool.

Dive in a natural environment.

Equipment.

Recommendations:

Swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, dry clothes and cash.

Important:

Minimum age: 10 years.

Dive maximum depth: 12 meters, 36 feet.

After your dive you should allow a minimum of 24 hours resting period before flying.

Diving is not recommended if you have any respiratory condition such as asthma, cough or cold, or any blood pressure issues. The complete medical form will be mailed to you when booking online.

Cancellations and/or changes will be considered 48 hours before the scheduled activity without fee charge.
